The Arizona Cardinals signed safety Travell Dixon and waived/injured safety Jonathan Owens, the team announced Monday.
The 6-foot-1, 210-pound Dixon has played in one NFL game, that coming in 2016 while with the Carolina Panthers. He spent the first 16 weeks of that season on the Panthers' practice squad.
He was released by Carolina last year during training camp.
